In this age of increased regulations, efficiency and speed are essential. AAU significantly cuts time needed to review appraisals by identifying problems and deficiencies in the processing of an appraisal on the front end. Through its proprietary process Novo is able to highlight areas of concern without the underwriter reviewing the entire appraisal. At a time when lenders need to close loans quickly while limiting their exposure to risk, this tool is invaluable. AAU is included to AMC clients and available to all other clients by uploading a completed appraisal into our portal.
- UNIFORM COLLATERAL DATA PORTAL (UCDP)
At Novo we make it easy for you. You virtually don't have to do anything! UCDP is a single portal through which lenders must submit appraisal data delivered to the GSE's. Novo AMC will upload to UCDP on your behalf - at no cost to you.

For Encompass users Novo has the entire process integrated to receive updates and all reports. Nothing needs to be uploaded by any department when using this integration system. Novo has the ability to integrate with other LOS providers or the ability to customize an integration with your in-house system.
